Role Overview

  • We are looking for the right person to join our team in the UAE as an ROV Storeman.

What would your day look like at HullWiper?

  • Ensure HullWiper HQ maintains sufficient spare part stock levels for the Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) to support local and all global operating locations.
  • Manage the spare part stock and ordering system, arrange and collect parts from local suppliers, manage procurement of parts sourced internationally, and pack and ship customer parts orders.
  • Support ROV team with basic technical tasks – electrical and mechanical parts assembly, fault finding, participating in hull cleaning activities.
  • Maintain a supportive relationship with HullWiper global partner locations, the successful candidate may be required to travel to our various operational hubs from time to time.

What qualifications should our ROV Storeman have?

  • High School Certificate
  • UAE driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office including competent use of Outlook and Excel, adapt to learning new software
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic technical experience for hands on tasks
  • Knowledge of principles in hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, mechanical and electrical wirings
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination skills and spatial skills
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to UAE
