- Install, repair, and maintain poly pipe and water transfer systems.
- Assist with water transfer operations, pumps, manifolds, valves, and hoses.
- Perform general roustabout duties, including equipment setup, maintenance, and job site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all company safety policies and customer site requirements.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Previous experience with poly pipe, HDPE fusion, or water transfer operations is strongly preferred.
- Oilfield experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work long hours in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Must be local to the Midland/Odessa area.
