Position Summary
Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience throughout the guest stay.
Provide a wide range of services and take initiative to complete operational needs and address guest requests.
Core Responsibilities
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
Workplace and Physical Requirements
- The position is located at Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The schedule is full time and the role is not remote.
- Remain on the feet and move around for extended periods.
