Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to hotel brand standards.
Support the housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Report maintenance defects through KnowCross.
- Follow brand and quality audit standards.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer care.
- Assist the housekeeping team with additional tasks.
- Attend required training and improve relevant skills.
Requirements
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Physical fitness is required for extended periods of standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards are required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe chemical handling is required.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is required.
- A positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations are required.
