The starting wage for this position is $30.00/hour. With a $2/hour safety and performance bonus calculated and paid Bi-Weekly.

Position Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Roll-Off Truck Driver with a valid AZ license and clean Driver's Abstract. This front-line position plays a key role in our daily operations across the Ottawa region, helping deliver, swap, and empty bins safely, efficiently, and professionally.
The starting wage for this position is $30.00/hour. With a $2/hour safety and performance bonus calculated and paid Bi-Weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, swap, and empty roll-off bins at customer sites
- Comfortable with operating a pup trailer
- Secure all loads in compliance with legal and safety standards
- Conduct full pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and operations staff
- Represent CFT Recycling with professionalism and respect on every job site
- Keep your truck clean, roadworthy, and safe at all times
