- Support printing and mailing production
- Set up and operate roll finishing equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine efficiency issues
- Perform regular preventive maintenance
- Stack finished products on pallets
- Inspect materials for quality
- Count and package items for shipment
- Fold cartons and assist with hand assembly
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Operate Clamp Truck to move large paper rolls (internal training certification, no cost)
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable standing for full shifts
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- General computer knowledge
- Ability to create and import computer based job parameters
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or printing experience
