- Set up, operate folder and gluer equipment.
- Correct and/or report any unsafe conditions.
- Train apprentice and entry level members as needed. Suggest ideas for companywide continuous improvement.
- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on glue and folder equipment.
- Match sample to glue and fold pieces.
- Must be able to glue and fold a variety of sizes and types of cartons.
- Maintain quality and productivity.
- Ability to read and follow written job tickets and schedules. Good math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, coworkers and customers
- 2-3 years of experience with the gluer and folder machine
- Experience on Bobst machine a plus
