Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Röders CNC Machinists to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain high-precision Röders CNC machines to produce complex components with exceptional accuracy. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement will be key in driving our manufacturing success. Position Summary:
The Röders CNC Machinist is responsible for producing components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and established quality standards. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of precision machining, CNC equipment, tooling, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.

- 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred, with a focus on Röders equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Röders high-speed/high-precision CNC machining centers.
- Background in machining complex components with tight tolerances.
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machining.
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC program structure.
- Previous work in precision tooling, die, mold, or high-tolerance manufacturing environments.
