Manufacturing Scheduling & Timekeeping Coordinator

The Manufacturing Scheduling and Timekeeping Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate payroll records while supporting daily production operations and workforce planning.

This position involves reviewing employee timecards for accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating scheduling to meet production needs.

• Review, balance, and reconcile employee timecards prior to payroll processing to ensure accurate payroll disbursement.
• Investigate and resolve timecard discrepancies by collaborating with supervisors and employees to gather necessary information.
• Process timekeeping adjustments and maintain comprehensive and accurate payroll records.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of daily and weekly production schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing levels based on production requirements and available labor to meet operational demands.
• Communicate schedule changes to supervisors and employees promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update employee shift schedules in scheduling systems as required.
• Prepare reports related to labor hours and production metrics for management review.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing operations.
