Role Overview
Robotics Software Engineer - L1 role based in Bengaluru, India.
The role builds intelligent autonomous systems for industrial environments and autonomous mobile robotics.
The engineer works across software, hardware, and product teams from technical diagnosis through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, and test algorithms for the MAG AMR software stack.
- Optimize navigation, planning, path tracking, and motion control algorithms.
- Develop SLAM algorithms for mapping and localization.
- Implement AMR state-machine behavior and robust error handling.
- Maintain secure software through vulnerability assessments.
- Document the codebase and development activities.
- Conduct peer reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-country teams to debug, iterate, and ship reliable solutions.
- Support on-site robot deployments and field testing.
- Maintain accurate user documentation with the product team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Strong C++ and Python skills.
