Botsync provides robotics solutions for enterprise supply chains and builds syncOS, a no-code platform for integrating and scaling automation systems.
The Solutions Engineer owns the process from the Bengaluru demo fleet to a working robot on a customer's floor, including commissioning, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
Customer-Site Demonstrations
- Travel to customer plants and warehouses across India and Southeast Asia, typically running one to three demonstrations per month.
- Unpack, commission, and map a MAG-series autonomous mobile robot on an unfamiliar floor within a single shift.
- Configure network settings, maps, waypoints, routes, charging, and docking in syncOS.
- Present demonstrations to plant managers, operations leaders, and safety teams, explaining payload, navigation, safety, and charging.
- Diagnose and recover live issues caused by reflective surfaces, weak WiFi, uneven docking, and changing traffic.
- Follow PPE, permit-to-work, and safe-operation rules around forklifts, pedestrians, and live production.
Demo Fleet and Logistics
- Maintain demo fleet readiness across batteries, chargers, magnetic tape, tote and trolley attachments, spare parts, and syncOS versions.
