Responsibilities
- Install, configure, commission, and maintain autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and robotic solutions
- Support Security Patrol and Inspection Robots for surveillance, monitoring, and facility management applications
- Deploy and maintain Industrial and Commercial Floor Cleaning Robots
- Support Industrial Handling Robots for material transportation and warehouse operations
- Implement Production Line Loading and Unloading Robotic Solutions
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Configure and replace sensors, LiDAR, cameras, navigation systems, and other relevant integrated components
- Conduct site surveys and prepare deployment plans
- Provide technical demonstrations and customer training
- Coordinate with manufacturers and technology partners for technical support
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records
- Ensure robots operate safely and efficiently according to customer requirements
Requirements
- Experience with installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and robotic solutions
- Experience with sensors, LiDAR, cameras, navigation systems, and other integrated components
- Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare deployment plans
- Ability to provide technical demonstrations and customer training
- Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Ability to prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records
