Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, commission, and maintain autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and robotic solutions.
- Support Security Patrol and Inspection Robots for surveillance, monitoring, and facility management applications.
- Deploy and maintain Industrial and Commercial Floor Cleaning Robots.
- Support Industrial Handling Robots for material transportation and warehouse operations.
- Implement Production Line Loading and Unloading Robotic Solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
- Configure and replace (if required) sensors, LiDAR, cameras, navigation systems, and other relevant integrated components.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare deployment plans.
- Provide technical demonstrations and customer training.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and technology partners for technical support.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
- Ensure robots operate safely and efficiently according to customer requirements.
