Responsibilities
- Lead and support technical operations in a national K 12 robotics competition
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth competition flow and fair implementation of tasks
- Guide and mentor students and teachers before and during the competition through Q&A, technical support, and hands on sessions
- Deliver training workshops in Python, C++, block coding, IoT, AI, and Arduino for students and educators
- Assist teachers in integrating STEM tools like Arduino, IoT platforms, and robotics kits into the classroom
- Create tutorials and educational resources, including documentation and technical guides
Requirements
- Proven experience in programming and customizing projects for large scale international conferences and events
- Expertise in creating scalable solutions for diverse partner requirements globally
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage both technical and non technical audiences
- Capability to adapt training content for different cultural and linguistic contexts
- Programming skills in C++, Python, and block based programming
- Hardware experience with ESP32, Arduino, IoT sensors, and educational robotics kits
- Experience in event coordination or technical support for STEM/robotics competitions
- Strong communication skills; comfortable working with both children and adults
- Ability to create tutorial videos, lesson materials, and technical documentation
