Robot Field Engineer

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Robot Field Engineer to support our pilot deployments at customer sites.

In this role you will:

Oversee and operate robotic systems within pilot environments to meet operational goals.

Coordinate with the customer engineering team and collect their feedback to ensure that our solution is meeting their expectations and goals.

Collaborate with the Maven Autonomy and Controls teams to execute on-site test plans.

Conduct first-level software triage, diagnose operational issues, and clearly report findings to the engineering development team for resolution.

Integrate our robotic solutions with customer systems.

Proactively monitor and manage robot task success rate and throughput.

Execute routine and preventative maintenance on robotic hardware and electromechanical systems to ensure peak performance.

Repair or replace electrical and mechanical components as necessary.

You will collaborate closing with Controls, Autonomy, and Integration teams to ensure correct behavior in the field and with the Customer team to ensure their requirements are met.
