Role Overview
Evaluate tender and inquiry specifications and prepare techno-commercial proposals, designs, drawings, costing, scopes of work, bills of quantities, reports and technical submittals.
Provide technical process support to project teams for awarded projects.
Undertake process and detailed hydraulic design for water and wastewater treatment plants, including membrane and disinfection technologies.
Support sales activities and project acquisition for municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems.

Job Role
Evaluate tender and inquiry specifications and prepare techno-commercial proposals, designs, drawings, costing, scopes of work, bills of quantities, reports and technical submittals.
Provide technical process support to project teams for awarded projects.
Undertake process and detailed hydraulic design for water and wastewater treatment plants, including membrane and disinfection technologies.
Support sales activities and project acquisition for municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare process designs, hydraulic calculations, P&IDs, equipment layouts and technical submittals.
- Review tender documents and develop optimised technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and life-cycle cost analyses.
- Coordinate proposal submissions and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal departments throughout the bidding process.
- Support project teams during execution, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Identify innovative technologies and process improvements to enhance project competitiveness.
