RN/LPN Evening Shift Supervisor (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Full-Time Evening Supervisor. If you're passionate about mentoring others, delivering outstanding resident care, and leading by example, we'd love to meet you.

As the Evening Supervisor, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversight during your shift while ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. Responsibilities include:

Supervise and support nursing staff during evening operations.

Coordinate resident care and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident care as needed.

Promote compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.

Mentor and coach nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture.

Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.
