We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support and companionship
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective care plans for each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and a high level of professionalism in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
