Job Summary

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information, preparing treatment rooms, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care services, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing blood draws
- Prepare treatment rooms, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including vital signs, medications, and test results
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing patient billing
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and efficient care delivery
Requirements
- Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
