- Lead the collection, assessment, and validation of business needs, translating them into functional specs and actionable delivery plans
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross functional teams to shape the RMS solution for the future
- Convert business requirements into precise, testable specifications and success criteria for development squads
- Partner with technical leads to map release trains and maintain alignment with programme milestones
- Advocate for data integrity and governance within design, testing, and validation activities
- Support agile delivery through backlog grooming, estimation, and sprint planning
- Lead UAT coordination and cutover planning to ensure a seamless transition to RMS capabilities
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst delivering end to end solutions in large scale retail or merchandising platforms
- Hands on Oracle RMS experience
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle xStore preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in agile environments and manage stakeholder expectations
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements

Job Description
- Our client seeks a Senior Business Analyst to spearhead the Omni Channel transformation within the Retail Merchandising System landscape. This contract position in Dubai centers on delivering comprehensive requirements and practical end to end solutions in a fast paced, multi stakeholder setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross functional teams to shape the RMS solution for the future.
