Responsibilities
- Lead the collection, assessment, and validation of business needs, translating them into functional specs and actionable delivery plans to enable iterative solution delivery across RMS, xStore, and SAP S/4HANA domains.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross functional teams to shape the RMS solution for the future.
- Convert business requirements into precise, testable specifications and success criteria for development squads.
- Partner with technical leads to map release trains and maintain alignment with programme milestones.
- Advocate for data integrity and governance within design, testing, and validation activities.
- Support agile delivery through backlog grooming, estimation, and sprint planning.
- Lead UAT coordination and cutover planning to ensure a seamless transition to RMS capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst delivering end to end solutions in large scale retail or merchandising platforms.
- Hands on Oracle RMS experience, with familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle xStore preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in agile environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Experience within Omni Channel transformation programmes is highly desirable.
