- Build and manage robust schedules, budgets, and resource plans for on site delivery in Dubai
- Lead governance bodies, monitor issues and risks, and drive timely resolutions to keep programs advancing
- Advocate customer first design, aligning initiatives with strategic goals and measurable ROI
Requirements
- Proven history delivering large scale retail programs with emphasis on digital, CRM, ecommerce, and omnichannel platforms
- Elite stakeholder management and executive level communication capabilities
- On site presence in Dubai and readiness to thrive in a high velocity GCC retail environment
- Expert planning, risk management, and resource forecasting proficiency
- Experience with agile and waterfall approaches; familiarity with ERP, CRM, and analytics ecosystems is advantageous
