Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of RMHS mechanical equipment
- Monitor equipment health and report abnormalities
- Attend to belt conveyor issues including splicing, alignment, tensioning, and pulley/idler replacement
- Ensure timely lubrication and greasing schedules
- Support shutdown/overhaul activities
- Maintain safety standards and follow plant SOPs
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, spares consumption records, and job cards
- Ensure minimum downtime through quick fault diagnosis and corrective action
Requirements
- ITI Fulltime qualification
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance
- Experience with RMHS mechanical equipment (conveyors, belt systems, pulleys, idlers, gearboxes, crushers, screens)

Key Responsibilities
