Bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred majors/minors: Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics, or Healthcare.
If your degree is outside these majors/minors, you must have relevant prior experience or an internship in the analytics, finance, or insurance space.
Demonstrated quantitative capability (coursework, projects, or experience) and comfort working with math and numbers
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations with clarity
GPA 3.0 or higher
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Confident negotiator and problem-solver
Customer-focused mindset
Proficiency with Excel or similar analytical tools
Growth mindset and learning agility; comfortable using feedback to make improvements.
Location: This position is based in Denver, CO.
The role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week working onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day of the employee’s choice), and the option to work the remaining days remotely.
Relocation assistance is not offered, and employees must be able to meet the onsite schedule for their assigned office location.
Pre‐Employment Requirements: Selected candidates will be required to complete mandatory pre‐employment tasks approximately 45 days prior to the program start date.
Completion of the drug test requires availability within the United States during this timeframe.
Work Authorization: This position is open only to individuals who are eligible for employment in the United States and who would not require visa support including H-1B or CPT/OPT/STEM, etc., now or in the future.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
