- Develop and implement programme risk management frameworks and procedures
- Facilitate risk identification workshops and maintain programme risk registers
- Monitor strategic, technical, schedule, commercial, and operational risks
- Coordinate quantitative and qualitative risk assessments
- Support schedule risk analysis and contingency planning activities
- Track mitigation actions and provide risk reporting to programme leadership
- Coordinate risk interface management across contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Support governance reviews, change control, and lessons learned initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years' experience in project or programme risk management
- Experience on major infrastructure, rail, or transportation programmes
- Strong understanding of quantitative risk assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with Primavera Risk Analysis or equivalent software preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and facilitation capability
- Knowledge of commercial and contractual risk management
- Professional certification preferred (PMI RMP, APM, or equivalent)

Overview
- The Risk Manager will lead programme wide risk management activities, supporting proactive identification, mitigation, reporting, and governance of strategic, technical, commercial, and operational risks.
Your Role

About You
