The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with complex mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead risk management activities specifically for mixed-use development projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks tailored to the unique challenges of mixed-use environments.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and analyses throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate risk mitigation strategies into project planning and execution.
- Maintain and update risk registers, dashboards, and reports to monitor risk status and trends.
