Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in utility management
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large scale utility projects and teams
- Excellent strategic planning and leadership skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of utility systems, regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lead change and drive innovation within the utilities function

Overview
- JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director Utilities to lead our utilities division.
- This senior leadership role involves strategic oversight and management of all utility related activities across multiple projects.
