Job Purpose
Strengthen enterprise risk posture by identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
Support risk-informed decision-making and business continuity across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
- Develop mitigation plans and monitor implementation.
- Analyze risks for new initiatives and projects.
- Prepare executive risk reports and dashboards for leadership and governance committees.
- Promote risk awareness across departments.
- Develop and enhance ERM frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Develop and review risk appetite, risk tolerance, and Key Risk Indicators.
- Lead Business Continuity Management, including Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Planning.
- Participate in crisis management and incident response activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of ERM practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in risk management or internal control.
- Experience implementing or enhancing ERM frameworks and conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments.
- Experience preparing risk reports for senior leadership.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and regulatory or compliance risk environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology companies, digital platforms, or fast-growing organizations is preferred.
- Professional certification in ISO 31000 risk management or an equivalent certification is preferred.
