We are hiring for our client, a leading insurance brokerage, seeking a motivated Emirati professional to join their team as a Risk Management Analyst.
This is a high-potential opportunity for early-career talent to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise risk, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance within a structured and forward-thinking environment.
The role will support the development and implementation of a robust risk governance framework, contributing to effective risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation across the organization while strengthening internal controls and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of the organization’s Risk Governance Framework, including policies, procedures, and risk registers
- Assist in identifying and tracking key risks, including operational, compliance, fraud, cyber, and AML/CFT risks
- Conduct basic risk assessments and follow up on mitigation actions under guidance
- Prepare routine risk reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review
- Monitor internal controls and highlight gaps or areas of concern to senior team members
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for risk and compliance activities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation across all risk-related processes
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance-related activities as required
- Assist in tracking outsourcing arrangements and ensuring proper documentation is in place
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the risk function
Key Requirements
- Emirati with FamiIy Book – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or a related function (internships considered)
- Basic understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn within a structured environment
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and support multiple priorities
