- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical standards
- Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and trends within aesthetic medicine
- Collaborate with clinic management and support teams to enhance patient experience and operational excellence
- Contribute to the growth of the clinic's reputation through professional networking, patient referrals, and brand building initiatives
Requirements
- DHA License as a General Practitioner – mandatory
- Minimum 7 years of experience practicing aesthetic medicine within the UAE
- Currently based in Dubai and available for face to face interviews
- Proven expertise in aesthetic consultations and non surgical aesthetic treatments
- Demonstrated ability to build, retain, and grow a loyal patient base
- Strong commercial awareness with a successful track record of contributing to clinic revenue and business growth
- Experience working with reputable and established aesthetic clinics within Dubai
- Stable employment history, ideally with a minimum of 1–2 years in recent positions
- Excellent communication, patient engagement, and relationship building skills
- Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
