Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project risk registers, mitigation plans, and contingency strategies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including schedule and cost risk analysis.
- Facilitate risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze risk impacts on project cost, schedule, quality, and objectives.
- Monitor mitigation actions and ensure timely implementation by project teams.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for project and executive leadership.
- Integrate risk assessments with schedules, budgets, and forecasts for project planning.
- Use risk management software for simulations and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with risk frameworks, policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project controls, planning, cost, engineering, and commercial teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- A master's degree or certification such as PMI-RMP, FRM, CRM, or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 10 years of risk management or risk analysis experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
- Experience supporting large-scale engineering, EPC, PMC, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, RiskWatch, or equivalent risk management software.
- Strong knowledge of project risk identification, analysis, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and scenario analysis.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment.
