Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
12+ years of total experience in oil and gas construction projects, including 8+ years in the GCC in a similar role.
LEEA 03 phases certification, including Appointed Person (AP), is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of lifting operations, lifting plans, crane selection, rigging studies, load calculations, lifting accessories, and applicable lifting standards.
Strong knowledge of cranes, lifting equipment, rigging accessories, load charts, critical lifts, and safe lifting practices.

Prepare and review lifting plans, risk assessments, method statements, and lifting studies.
Ensure compliance with project and client requirements.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, HSE, and lifting teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of lifting activities.

Client approval from previous projects as a Rigging or Lifting Engineer or Appointed Person is highly preferred.
