The Lifting Engineer role supports safe and compliant lifting operations for construction projects.
The position covers lifting assessments, planning, equipment oversight, and coordination with project and site teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site assessments and risk analyses before lifting operations to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Design and specify lifting plans, including equipment selection and load calculations, based on project requirements.
- Oversee the assembly and disassembly of lifting equipment, ensuring components are installed correctly and safely.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate lifting operations and minimize downtime.
Role Requirements
- Knowledge of lifting operation safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform lifting-related site assessments and risk analyses.
- Ability to design lifting plans with equipment specifications and load calculations.
