The Role
The Rig Administrator will support administrative operations, maintain operational records, and coordinate day-to-day documentation and communication for drilling operations.
The role supports rig administration, drilling operations, oil and gas administration, and operational coordination in an international remote environment.

- The position is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities
- Support rig administration and operational coordination activities.
- Maintain personnel records, operational reports, rig documentation, timesheets, attendance records, and operational trackers.
- Coordinate crew documentation and administrative requirements.
- Collaborate with drilling operations, logistics, human resources, procurement, finance, and compliance teams.
- Support procurement requests and logistics coordination for rig operations.
- Prepare operational reports and management updates.
- Maintain filing systems and document control procedures.
- Assist with compliance documentation and audit-related requirements.
- Coordinate communications between rig personnel and onshore support teams.
