- Monitor multiple sites from operations and compliance point of view
- Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics
- Identify patterns and any disruptions in operations
- Dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications
- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows
- Design solutions and prepare functional specifications
- Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
- Deep dive and acquire knowledge of emerging industry practices
- Design, develop, pilot and rollout enterprise wide programs for performance improvement
- Monitor performance of the program daily and create action plans to achieve targets
- Manage ramp ups/scouting and vendor management
- Prepare daily performance summary
Requirements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree
