Key Job Responsibilities
- Quickly understand business issues and challenges of Transportation operations.
- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows.
- Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis.
- Deep dive and acquire extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices.
- Design, develop, pilot & rollout enterprise wide programs around performance improvement.
Daily Work
- Monitoring performance of the program daily.
- Action plan to achieve the program targets.
- Managing ramp ups/scouting.
- Vendor Management.
- Preparing daily performance summary.
Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
