Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, business analytics, or a similar commercial reporting role.
• Strong Excel capability, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and structured analysis.
• 2-3 years of experience working with CRM or ERP systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial technology, data center, hardware, or other complex B2B environment.
• Experience building recurring KPI packs, forecast reporting, or leadership dashboards.
• Exposure to BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with bookings, backlog, shipments, or quote-to-order metrics is a strong asset.

• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to connect numbers to business decisions.
• Clear written communication and strong executive-summary skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Comfort partnering with leaders and asking probing questions when data does not make sense.
