WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role you will report into the Product department and facilitate the execution of key internal and external development projects. Projects may include the development of our more complex Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) and Passive Coolant Loops (PCLs), and larger continuous improvement projects. This role sets project execution standards, mentors other Project Managers, and ensures project outcomes drive business value and competitive advantage. This is a great opportunity for highly skilled Project Managers with experience in the Advanced Technology sector.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
Own the definition, planning, and execution of project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Lead and align multidisciplinary teams—including mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, test, supply chain, and production—to ensure seamless project delivery.
Drive proactive risk management, quality assurance, and KPI tracking to achieve project objectives related to schedule, cost, and performance.
Apply sound project governance to control scope changes and maintain alignment with business and customer goals.
Act as a central point of accountability for communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex NPI and strategic improvement projects, driving alignment with business objectives and technical innovation.
- Define project scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with minimal oversight, ensuring cross-functional accountability.
- Anticipate and mitigate execution risks across engineering, manufacturing, test, and supply chain functions.
- Mentor and support Project Managers in applying best practices, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Drive performance through advanced use of project tools (e.g., MS Project, ClickUp), custom dashboards, and KPI tracking.
