SHARE Family & Community Services is seeking a Revenue Development Manager to drive our long-term financial sustainability and lead a dedicated team making a tangible difference across the Tri-Cities.
Reporting directly to the Director of Development & Community Relations, you will serve as an operational leader driving the strategy, execution, and team oversight for SHARE’s revenue development.
In this role, you will exercise independent judgment to manage fundraising initiatives, optimize departmental operations, and champion employee development through direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship.
