The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing the day to day activities of the assigned program. This includes participating in program planning and delivery; coordination and support of volunteers; liaising with individuals and families accessing the service, and other service providers including community partners, contractors and other stakeholders; participating in program evaluation and in development/implementation of procedures which ensure evidence based practice.

Hours of work: 21 Hours per week Monday – Friday.
Some evenings may be required.
Contract End date: 6 months from the date of hire or until the incumbent returns.
