Revenue Controller

SELECTED is working with a leading global law firm to recruit a Revenue Controller for its Dubai office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revenue Controller to join a highly regarded international firm and take responsibility for revenue management across a busy and growing Middle East practice.

• Managing the end-to-end billing and revenue cycle
• Preparing and reviewing client invoices in line with agreed billing arrangements
• Managing WIP and ensuring timely billing across the practice
• Monitoring aged debt and supporting the collection of outstanding invoices
• Working closely with Partners and Fee Earners to provide regular revenue updates
• Reviewing unbilled time and disbursements and identifying areas requiring action
• Supporting month-end and year-end revenue processes
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Building strong relationships with Partners, Fee Earners and the wider Finance team

• Previous Revenue Control, Billing or similar finance experience
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of WIP, billing and credit control
• Confident communicating with Partners and senior stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience
• Elite 3E experience would be highly advantageous
• A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach
