Lead an existing customer-facing team for a fast-growing global business.
Improve customer experience, protect revenue, and drive stronger performance across an established client base.
The role is commercially driven and focused on customers, teams, escalations, renewals, retention, and recurring revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a customer-facing team.
- Improve client retention, service quality, and customer outcomes.
- Manage escalations and complex client situations.
- Drive revenue from existing customers through better process, follow-up, and relationship management.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and targets.
- Use CRM, reporting, and data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and customer experience teams.
- Bring energy, urgency, structure, and ideas into the function.
Candidate requirements
- Experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, client retention, renewals, or revenue-focused roles.
- Previous team management or team lead experience.
- Strong commercial mindset and confidence working toward targets.
