- Oversee daily store operations: staff scheduling, opening/closing, maintaining visual displays
- Supervise, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet targets
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, POS entries, shrink prevention
- Deliver excellent customer service and swiftly resolve issues
- Monitor sales KPIs and report performance
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock
- Act as a link between staff and management
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Support merchandising and store presentation
Requirements
- Experience in retail supervision or management
- Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate sales associates
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
