- Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets
- Implement accounting procedures and processes as identified by the company
- Review Accounts Receivables/Payables and weekly payment runs
- Determine proper handling of financial transactions and approve transactions within designated limits
- Process entries, adjustments, transactions for various subsidiaries
- Liaise with clients for payments, documents, invoices, receipts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2 3 years of experience as an accountant
- Hands on experience in Zoho Books
- Expert in MS Excel
- Knowledge of bookkeeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports
- Attention to detail and honesty

Job Description

Requirements
- Knowledge of Book Keeping
- Ability to work on Zoho Books accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail, honest
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- 2 3 year experience as accountant

- Financial statements
- Experience in Zoho Books is a must
