Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Harry Potter Shop King’s Cross, overseeing commercial performance, operational excellence, team development and visitor experience. Leading a team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Retail Assistants, you will play a key role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, supporting organisational change and delivering a world-class retail experience in a unique destination environment.
