Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in showroom visitors, build rapport, and convert consultations into completed high-ticket purchases.
• Evaluate customer sleep habits, comfort preferences, and health needs to recommend suitable premium bedding options.
• Explain the value, technical components, and materials of luxury bedding technologies and address price objections.
• Process showroom transactions using localized POS tools, CRM software, and inventory systems.
• Schedule and confirm post-sale delivery logistics as the direct customer contact.
• Maintain luxury display standards by organizing product layouts and keeping the sales floor immaculate.
• Cultivate customer satisfaction, repeat business, and positive brand referrals.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse staff to support customer orders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution.
• At least five years of proven retail experience in high-end mattresses, bedding, or luxury furniture showrooms.
• Ability to understand premium consumer psychology and close high-ticket, same-visit sales.
• Proficiency with POS terminals and digital inventory catalogs.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills with logistics and warehouse staff.
• Native Arabic proficiency and intermediate English speaking ability.
