Job Description
Klouds is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, preferably in a supplement store, and be passionate about customer service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Maintain store cleanliness and product display
- Handle billing and cash transactions
- Handle and manage quick commerce orders efficiently
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment
- Achieve sales targets and support store operations
Requirements
- Experience in a retail supplement store is mandatory
- Good communication and sales skills
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of supplements and wellness products is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts
