About the Role
A Q A M Group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to handle daily transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with financial statements, and support VAT filings.

- Record and process daily sales, purchases, payments and expenses with high accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliations and vendor/customer follow ups
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
- Support VAT filings and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Monitor cash flow and prepare reports for management
- Work closely with auditors and support annual audit processes
- Understanding of retail and warehouse inventory controls
- Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance preferred
- 1 3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of local tax/VAT regulations and corporate tax awareness
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (Odoo or similar platform)
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work as a team and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in handling large transaction volumes and deliver accurate and timely financial reports in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
