Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in choosing perfumes based on their preferences and needs
- Recommend fragrances by explaining scent notes, longevity, and brand features
- Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross sell perfumes, gift sets, and related products
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low inventory
- Handle billing, cash/card payments, and POS transactions accurately
- Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and retail policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet sales targets in a retail environment
- Well groomed and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage

Job Description
