Retail Operations Associate (part-time)

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store's overall target.
• Build a positive store environment through communication, collaboration, and partnership with management.
• Attend store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
• Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize Canada Goose products for accessibility.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, damages, and returns to vendor.
• Support physical store maintenance and maintain visual merchandising directives.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven record of maintaining successful store operations.
• Experience with affluent or luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and social skills.

Required Skills

• Inventory management and point-of-sale systems knowledge.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Additional language proficiency is a bonus.

Compensation

• Hourly range is $20.50 to $23.50 per hour.
• Actual offer depends on experience, skills, responsibilities, market data, and internal equity.

Workplace

• The position is based at the Crystals Las Vegas store in Las Vegas, Nevada.
